I first did an internship and then my thesis at ABO Energy, and now I work in the solar design team. I create the park layouts and yield simulations for photovoltaic projects. Here at ABO Energy I can deepen my knowledge every day. I really like the working atmosphere and mood here. I really enjoy coming to work. That is not a matter of course. And we are a totally international team.

I want to put my skills at the service of current environmental problems. The renewable energy industry seemed like the best option for me. It offers young female engineers like me technological challenges and at the same time the chance to contribute to making the earth cleaner and greener.

I wanted to work in an intercultural team in an international company. There is an inspiring, motivating corporate culture at ABO Energy. People with high emotional intelligence work here. I feel comfortable in this environment. Together with my colleagues, I can contribute every day to climate protection and to preserving the planet for my children.

ABO Energy is always adapting to new developments and technologies and also changing ways of thinking and working when necessary. I find that really exciting and I would like to contribute to that.

All new colleagues receive an individually tailored induction with us. We also teach career changers everything they need to know for the job in individual and group training sessions. Experienced colleagues can also receive further training and learn about new types of equipment, for example - or become experts in specific topics such as the repair of large components.
