We see ourselves as a community in which each and every individual counts. Everyone can be their true, authentic self here. The warm atmosphere is felt in the corridors and common rooms, where many colleagues meet to cook and eat at lunchtime. The friendly interaction between staff, from working students to Managing Directors, is an expression of our communal culture. Honesty, respectful interaction, and authenticity are important to us; we gladly do without status symbols.
Supporting each other, sharing knowledge, and finding solutions together is at the core of our work. That is why we also organise our work collectively: Central tasks are conducted in interdisciplinary project groups. Here, everyone contributes their ideas on an equal footing: Employees from different departments including, among others, project development, financing, environmental protection, construction, and electrical work together to decide how they can best implement hydrogen and hybrid projects, wind and solar farms.
