That is why we also organise our work collectively: Central tasks are conducted in interdisciplinary project groups. Here, everyone contributes their ideas on an equal footing: Employees from different departments including, among others, project development, financing, environmental protection, construction, and electrical work together to decide how they can best implement hydrogen and hybrid projects, wind and solar farms.
