(Senior) Project Manager (m/w/d) Hydrogen
In our dynamic, diverse, and highly motivated team, we work on the next step of the energy transition and do our part to make the hydrogen economy a reality. In our international markets we develop hydrogen projects from pilots to multi-gigawatt export scale. We need you and your good ideas, open spirit, and dedication for this exciting new business opportunity.
Your passion
- You are responsible for the development of individual hydrogen projects with a focus on South Africa
- You contribute to develop our 20-GW global project pipeline
- You assess & manage the commercial, technical, operational, and regulatory / permitting aspects of the projects
- You identify, establish, and maintain partnerships (e.g. utilities, hydrogen off-takers, investors, technology partners)
- You manage the cooperation and support with internal departments and external service providers (e.g., site appraisal, engineering, grid, construction, finance)
- You coordinate the planning, scheduling and integration of the project activities with the project team
Your qualification
- You graduated with a degree in engineering, business administration, economics or similar
- You have work experience in the project or business development of hydrogen / renewable energy projects
- You have work experience and a passion for the field of green hydrogen
- You speak English – German, Spanish or French would be considered an advantage
- You work independently, in a structured way and with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You are a team player
